Let’s explore the connection we have to ourselves first. Are you 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 of how connected you are to yourself? Are you 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 to reflect upon what being connected to yourself means? Can you make a list of the ways you connect to yourself? Awareness is the first step. Now, how connected are you? On a scale from 1-10, 1 being not connected at all and 10 being clear on your connection to self, where are you?

Regularly connecting to your why is a powerful practice. Why do you do what you do? Why do you not do things? Why do you stand up and share your message? Why do you allow your creativity to shine? Why do you research? Why do you wake up early or go to bed late? Why do you give 100% to what you do? Why do you invest what you do to make it happen? Ask yourself these questions. You will become more connected to your why and stay fully motivated.
